Tony conceived Commercial Housing Solutions after recognizing that the unavailability of affordable housing was negatively impacting both employers and the current workforce. He is the author of Radical Housing Solutions, and he has created a replicable, yet incredibly client-specific, model for remedying the divide between income and affordable housing. Tony’s vast experience in commercial real estate, development, and housing offers a unique perspective to companies evaluating the cost-benefit analysis of providing employer subsidized housing to their employees. Tony is a broker and shareholder with NAI Earle Furman, and he founded the firm’s Multifamily Division which specializes in cultivating investor relationships throughout the country to leverage multi-million dollar transactions.

GEOFF BEANS
Geoff Beans utilizes employer data and research to design comprehensive plans for companies of all sizes. His focus is to increase a company’s bottom-line while creating financial freedom for its labor force. Geoff partners with company executives, including human resources, to identify recruitment and retention issues. He crafts customized housing solutions based on their specific needs. Before beginning his career as a broker with NAI Earle Furman, Geoff moved to Greenville, South Carolina to attend Furman University where he concentrated on Finance, Marketing, and Performance Management. Recruited out of high school, Geoff played forward on the Paladin basketball team throughout his college career and served as Team Captain his senior year.
